Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery Problems

I've just spoken to an advisor at Royal Mail who has confirmed it's the Post Offices which are having problems scanning the barcodes but it's being looked into. He suggested that parcels can be taken to your local delivery/sorting offices as they aren't having the issue or arrange for a parcel collection by Royal Mail.

Yeah there was something going on with 'YA' tracking numbers for Royal Mail yesterday.
