Here's the situation: I bought an item, it arrived non-functional (was a controller for a video game console), I opened a request to return the item. The seller accepted, and sent me a shipping label. However, there exists no option anywhere for me- not on my phone, not on safari, not on firefox, not on chrome- where the option to print this label is there. I've seen what the page is supposed to look like- where there are two adjacent buttons, one which says "mark as shipped" and the other which says "print return label". This second button- the one I need- simply does not exist anywhere for me, on any page. I have a printer. I read in another forum post that there was some type of trick the seller could employ (submitting a pdf or something in place of the printable return shipping label, I don't know exactly- just some type of loophole). And I'm starting to wonder if that's what's happened. I've contacted the seller multiple times, saying I can't print the label, to which they responded by just telling me to ship it back, and that they already refunded me (which is meaningless at this juncture because I do not receive the refund until he receives his item back). He said he refunded me the full cost (item plus shipping), but I will have to pay for the shipping right now. I tried probing him into why I couldn't print the label and he just told me to keep the item and have a good life. I don't want the item, it's broken- I'd like a refund. A full one, not where I have to pay to ship back. I'm greatly confused, and don't know what to do. Is there anyway I can contact ebay? Other forum posts haven't given me a resolution to this problem, nor has ebay's help center, and I can't find anyway to get in contact with a human being (automated voice messages didn't help). I'm new to ebay, and don't really know the intricacies of the site, though I've familiarized myself with their policies. But I don't know what to do now since I have to take action, but am unable to since I cannot print the label. Please please help!

Have you received the refund?
If you have, the case is closed and you won't be able to get a return label.
If you've been refunded, you can toss the item.

I haven't been refunded; it's not reflected in my Paypal. As the page where you're supposed to be able to print the shipping lists the steps at the top, refund is step 4, after the seller has received their item back.

I understand where the instructions are and what they are; the problem is that the option to print the return shipping label is absent from where it should be.

If you can see the label, try to use the browser's print function (ie. command + p) without clicking on the print label button of the label or do a screen grab of the label and print the screen grab itself.
