Rigid flat mailer weight

Does anyone know about how much a photo print in a 9 x 11.5 rigid mailer would weigh?

Not enough information.

Size of print?

Thickness and type of paper stock of the print?

Thickness and type of stock of the rigid mailer? Metal clasp or self-seal?

Packing slip or other inserts?

Tape? How much and what type?

Label type & thickness? With our without a document pouch?  (Yes, the label counts towards the weight of the package)

You need a scale ... You can't "guess" or estimate weights for shipping ... and neither can anyone else. Each package is unique unless you ship the same exact thing, the same exact way using the same exact materials every time.

As noted in the other post, there could be quite a variation in weight depending on the paper, etc.

However, the exact weight doesn't matter in this case.  That piece will ship as a First Class package, and the postage cost is the same for any weight up to 4 ounces.  So as long as your piece weighs less than a quarter of a pound, it can go as a FC Package for $3.50 retail or $2.66 for an online label.
