I have sold 2 items to Germany - using eBay International Shipping (postage: 16 USD - my bad, for the same price and package weight I could just used USPS, too! I should have - never again).
Tracking info gets updated like every 10 days, and NOT with the events that I like to see. I can't believe it. I could have walked it over to Germany by now. The buyers are getting **bleep** threatening to cancel and return the item. I wrote eBay that I am holding them responsible in case that should happen - no response, no hotline, only AI **bleep** chat, not possible to talk to any person anymore. I have terminated my eBay seller account 3 times before - seems it is going to happen again. That stuff just gets worse and worse every year.
After almost a month with almost no tracking updates, it seems that the parcels haven't even left the country! YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME! USPS takes ~9 days.

You didn't use Ebay International Shipping, if you had, you would be done with the transactions.
Your listings show USPS First Class International.

I don't know what you are talking about.

Apparently you're confused, if you were shipping with eIS your items would be going to Glendale Heights Illinois not Carol Stream.
eBay is not responsible for your items since you shipped with USPS First class international not eBays International Shipping program.
Also your shipping says worldwide if you ship with eIS your shipping in your listings should look like the image below ....
This one is yours...see the difference?

Your issue is not an Ebay issue. It's a carrier issue. Unfortunately some International delivery times take 4-8 weeks. We hear stories of International taking many months to receive. It's all part of the business. Your solution is stop selling International or use EIS shipping which others have stated. In addition be respectful towards folks here. We are volunteers here to help you. Ken knows exactly what he is talking about. Comments made weren't made up.

Ken, I don't know what your agenda is, but I used USPS for the items that arrived, and EIS for the ones which are still stuck in the US. Please stop posting **bleep**. Thanks.

Ken, I think you are getting confused because I sent I parcel to the same guy, one via USPS, on via EIS.

Ken, this is what I am seeing. Now please tell me again that I am not using EIS.

I looked at the four items showing as Sold by you, to see how shipping to Germany was set up. One of them (Talker-80 Voice Synthesizer) did not offer international shipping. The other three all showed First Class Package International as the shipping method to Germany. eBay International Shipping was not offered.

eBay International Standard Delivery (eISD)
is not eBay International Shipping (eIS)
2 different programs.

Irrelevant. The point being that this is an eBay run aggregation and shipping service. Not USPS.

To be clear, there are two "eBay run aggregation and shipping" services: eBay International Shipping (eIS) and eBay International Standard Delivery (eISD). Yes, the two abbreviations are confusingly similar.
Then there is USPS First Class International, which is the Shipping method shown in your listings, but apparently you switched to eISD at shipping time. That was probably cheaper, but as you have found out, also ungodly slow.
eISD promotes its cost savings, and is apparently offered as an option to sellers who are already listing their own international shipping options, USPS FCI in your case. However, USPS puts their packages directly on the plane out of the country, whereas eBay uses their own consolidation centers (via Carol Stream, among other places) and shipping carriers (DHL to Europe, I believe), which takes significantly longer.
Then there's eIS, which is the default for sellers who don't want to ship their items internationally themselves, and thus do not offer their own international options. eIS takes ownership of the shipment as soon as it arrives in Glendale Heights, IL (near O'Hare Airport), and from that point on, they eat the costs incurred if an unhappy buyer files an Item Not Received claim.
So the tracking and other details you have posted indicate that you advertised USPS First Class International, but then switched to eBay International Standard Delivery, which tries to handle the delivery for you but (to my knowledge) does not take ownership of the package, or responsibility for delays.
Your packages are not traveling via eBay International Shipping, as they are not going to Glendale Heights as the first leg of their travel. If they were shipped via eIS, eBay would be handling any buyer complaints about the package, beginning from the point where they received it in Glendale Heights.

Thanks for the explanation. Yes, the similar naming of that **bleep** service can only be called deliberately deceptive on eBay's behalf, and one more reason that I have decided to close my account for the 4th time. Enough of that **bleep**.
