A buyer makes a purchase and shortly afterwards I get
a notice from Ebay that a "return" on the item has been "approved."
The buyer never sent me a message about their desire to return
as I would have expected them to do.
Under the "details" of the return request the "reason" given for
the return was "I CHANGED MY MIND" Is this now an approved reason
by Ebay to automatically o.k. a return? That is my question to the community.
This is getting to be so frustrating. Thanks. The item, not that this particularly
matters at this point, was a Pringle sweater very reasonably priced at $22 in
excellent condition.

Your listings have "30 day returns. Buyer pays"
So yes it is automatic...

Don't refund until the buyer returns the item.
