Returns

So basically I follow what someone told me and accepted the return from the buyer. When I receive the phone the buyer returned I found it locked with a password on it and I don't know what the password is. Can the buyer actually add a password, say that the phone was defective and return it like that. I resetted the phone before I sold it so there is no way there can be a password. Do you guys have any idea what I should do? because I'm really **bleep**.

Seller's lose most of the time in cases like this. Click the help and contact link at bottom of page. Try to get through to speak with a supervisor.  It won't be easy and can take a number of tires.   Still, don't expect too much.

Ask the buyer for the password, then look for ways to hard reset it. If it's an android many of them have a series of buttons you press in a certain order and it will wipe the phone

Nah that's the thing the buyer said that there was already a password on it, but that can't be possible because I resetted the phone before I shipped it out. It was extremely weird too because the buyer after a week of having it said the phone had a password on it and never contacted me to resolve the issue.
