I  created items to be "30 Day With Free Returns".

But the listed items are showing "Seller Does Not Accept Returns"

Edit and fix them. Sometimes there's glitches, just gotta roll with the punches.

Thank you. I have tried to edit . it In fact I could not edit because the options are grey . Is it because the shipping  is from China?

Here is what Ebay told me :

Good day!

Thank you for contacting eBay about your listings.  We understand that you wanted to  make sure that your listings applied the 30 days return. Upon checking on our resources it shows that there were revisions that was made on the account with regards to the return policy.  Quite possible this is the reason why the item page shows that you do not accept returns.

You may try to make revision again and see if it applies with in 24 hrs. But in case that it don't just end the listing early and relist the item once again to update the listing and add the return policy.

I hope this information would be helpful. Thank you for using eBay.

Kind regards,

Vince W.

I checked a few of your listings and they all showed free returns on the search page and  under the shipping tab.  Do you still see some that do not show up properly?

I would suggest ending those 3 items and relisting.

A lot of "glitches" on the site currently.

All I can suggest as well is that you edit each of those 3 listings individually.

I do have a question though.  How can you be using a USPS service when you are shipping from China?   You should be showing that you are using a generic method such as standard or economy ' shipping from China/Hong Kong'   That is more accurate and will give you a longer estimated delivery time.  It's misleading to say that you are using a specific USPS service when you are actually shipping from another country.

Also...what will you do if you do have a return? If the item will have to returned to China your shipping costs to return it will be very expensive. Are you planning on just refunding if someone requests a return?
