I bought an item . eBay charged the money, but the seller had an issue and couldn’t ship the item. I spoke with seller and got that sorted out, now how do I get my money back from eBay? They keep telling me to return item but I don’t have it
Seller message to return item is typical of those drop shipper. I got that too. You need to file formal case of non receipt with Ebay. My experience with these type of Seller is that they will ship late. You need to file a formal case to get process going though. That Seller if drop shipper is not going to be honest at all from my experience.
