I'm very annoyed today at a buyer who over a month ago asked to return an item. She changed her mind. Fair enough if annoying. No return request was opened and two weeks later the buyer messaged me to say she'd been ill and unable to post the item. I offered a different item by way of exchange - this was ignored. Two further weeks pass and I receive another message saying "the weather has prevented me posting"
today I received a message saying the item has been posted ( no tracking by the way )
i explained I was reluctant to offer a refund after 14 days but would happily offer an alternative rug more to her taste. I then receive a terse message saying "no I don't like it refund me when item received "
I then see that the buyer has left negative feedback saying I was "rude" and "wouldn't refund" - I've not said that I just stated my preferred option as seller and my 14 day return policy.
ive responded and hope to get the comment removed ( I had 100 percent positive feedback until then .
Any feedback people ?

If you accept the return and refund, then you can ask her if she would consider revising her feedback. If yes, send her a feedback revision request.
