Hi,
A person bought a used item from me. It was like new when I shipped it out and my listing said no returns accepted. The customer started a return saying it doesn't work like she anticipated. She admitted it works, but said that she should have bought a new one and started the return. I called ebay and they told me I have no choice other than to accept the return! Why???? It's ridiculous. The customer admitted to using the item for a week and then decides to return it. Is there any way to fight this? Ebay told me if I don't send her a return label, they will just refund her the money and I won't get my product back. How is this fair?!

Life is not fair.
Selling anywhere is not fair.
Fair doesn't factor into returns.
As the saying goes, grin and bear it.

If they file an Item Not As Described case, Ebays MBG over rules your No Return policy.
"Ebay told me if I don't send her a return label, they will just refund her the money and I won't get my product back. How is this fair?!"
Having a no return policy, is different then having a no refund policy.
To Ebay, having a no return policy is saying you don't want the item back, but the buyer will get their refund and keep the item.
It's better to accept the return and send a return shipping label. At least you will get your item back so you can resell it.
