Are you saying that you are waiting for a buyer to return an item and that ebay sent a message saying that the item should have been received by now and to refund? If that's the case, ignore the message. That is an automatic message that goes out regardless of what the return tracking shows. You shouldn't need to refund until the package is received back. Disclaimer...that's how it worked a few months ago...now that the mail is so backed up I don't know if they are handling things the same way.
