Is there a eBay moderator on this site. I have been trying to return an item which has missing parts. The browser just times out waiting for returns.ebay.com to respond.
Go to the HELP pages and try to find an answer to your problem. After choosing thru the available topics you should be able to scroll to the bottom of the page and choose CONTACT. There will be an option to have an eBay representative call you back. Hope this helps.
Have you tried the resolution center? Go to the bottom of this webpage and find it. Make sure you select Item Not As d Described (NAD) as the reason for the return.
Did you purchase the item on ebay.com, or another site? Make sure you are starting the return on the same site you used to make the original purchase.
Are you going through the Purchase History to start the return? There may be an alternative link that does not have the same problem, such as by going through the Resolution Center.
