Can someone in management explain to me why 30 day return was set up.
I sold a shirt 25 days ago and today she says it does not fit. Ebay gave her 5 days past my 30 days to return.
This does not seem cool.... No notes nothing telling when she got it that it did not fit when she got it.
This does not make me very happy.
This means that this Blouse will be out of my possession for almost 40 days. This is from the time I sent it till the time i receive it back.... NOT COOL eBay!!!
Thank you

no, if the buyer schedules a return WITHIN the 30 days then the return is valid. Now say someone orders something from you and 5 days after you send it out they schedule a return with ebay, they have 5 days (or whatever the date says due by on the return) to get it to you, if it's not to you by that date the return then can be ruled in your favor and closed by ebay.

It is up to you to have 30 day returns, or not. eBay does not require it.

true, but ebay will always rule to allow the buyer to return so might as well offer it anyways.
