Hi, i brought a phone which arrived yesterday, im relally happy with it, its exactly what i wanted except for one problem, the person who reset it did not sign out of google properly and now the phone needs me to have the previous owners google login details to be able to use the phone.
I contacted the seller who has suggested i send the phone back for them to unlock and they will send the phone back to me.
How do i go about doing this safely so i can trust the phone will be sent back to me, also how do i charge them for the postage?
Many thanks.

I would file a SNAD complaint with eBay and get a full refund.

Iv considered it but would much rather keep the phone as it exactly what i wanted in great condition and i got it at a good price.
If i send it back as a SNAD ill only have to try and buy the exact same thing again and ill probably have to pay more for a worse condtion phone. 😞

After you send the phone back as part of the SNAD complaint, the seller can fix the phone and put it up for sale in a new listing. That way, you are protected.
