Had a buyer return a car part because a tab got broken off in shipping.
I get it back and a different tab falls out of the package and I look and a screw has been removed and left out, was it in place this tab would not be broken. Clearly the buyer has tampered with the item, possibly opened it up and removed internal components.
Do I have any recourse or objection on this?
