Hi guys so it's my first time shipping a package and I'm new to all this shipping stuff. I printed the shipping label off ebay without changing the correct weight and when I got to the usps she said my weight was off but still charged me and said "next time make sure the weight is correct". She took the package and the next day I got it returned for additional postage (**bleep** girl at the office counter could've told me at the counter that I needed to pay more instead of taking it.) My questions below:
1) Do I need to pay and print a whole new shipping label with the correct weight and send it again?
2) Can I get a refund for the other label that I payed for which was like $2.65?
Any help is appreciated thanks!

Yes, you need to print another label with the correct postage, and ship. ( Inform your buyer of Mistake)
No, you can not get a refund on returned package label, It was shipped.
Always enter weight & size of package, Should you not have a postage scale, get one. Good Luck to you.

You're Welcome. Getting a postage scale to know your weight before printing your lables will save you money ( You can get a scale right here on eBay for about $20, I got mine at the big box store for $15) and enter the size of package, you'll never go wrong again. Good Luck and Welcome to eBay.

Wasn't you paid for the additional postage at the counter ... like you said?
