Returned closed

1. I requested a return although I did not have the product in hand and thought that thats what I had to do to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet due to him no having the product at the moment and used other photos to make the post.

2. The guy messages me saying that he swears that he will have a 100 percent authentic product, exactly what he listed shipped to me as soon as he gets item shipped to him.

3. I closed the return not knowing that once I close a return that I can't reopen it for other reasons.

Can customer service fix this problem if I do not recieve the product he promised me even though I closed the return?

You should not have requested a return if you didn't have the item. One day after the latest delivery estimate you should have filed an item not received case. If you paid with paypal, file an item not received case there. As it stands, since you requested a return ebay sees it as you have received your item and since you closed the return, there is no going back.

There is no 100% way to cancel a purchase on eBay, the seller would have to accept your cancellation request and many don't. But I can say opening a return is NOT the way to cancel a sale. Once you opened that return and closed it you basically said you want to keep the item and the sellers return policy is no longer involved. I suggest you sell it or gift it.

my case has been closed before the December 19 previously given to me to return this item. Now where is my refund, or the printable return label to do so?
