Here's a strange one. I had a buyer buy a postcard and 1 minute later buy another of the same postcard which I mailed in a combined shipment. When the USPS returned this letter with a notice "Return to Sender / Vacant / Unable to Forward" I discovered that the first postcard had a street address, a Suite number, and a 9-digit zip. The second postcard, bought a minute later, had the same street address, NO Suite number, and a 5-digit zip. Unfortunately I used the second address. Why and/or how could the address get truncated so quickly? And what should I do?
