I sold an item back on September 22, 2020. After it was sent the buyer contacted me and said she didn't want it. I said open a return and ship it back. She never opened a return and didn't tell me she had shipped it. I went to my PO box the other day for the first time in two months and it was there. Is it possible to refund her money and how? Thanks.

Since you're in managed payment you should be able to find the item in the Sellers Hub and refund from there.
