Hello everyone,
This is my first time experience witht this situation about return.
I have sold the item (fishing reel) for buyer. In the description i have very details about it about condition etc... Buyer received the item then messaged me said he want to return it even the sale description said NO RETTURNED ACCEPTED. I messaged him back and ask to see what the problems and the reason of the return. He did not answer me and open case for eBay step in. eBay then sent me an email said i have to accept the return item and refund for buyer. They claimed that he sent the item back for me on Mar 8 but i haven't receive it yet. I email back ask for the tracking # and they provided it for me. Tracking # when search said in transit to the destination. I called USPS they said they can't find it in specific location.
And again, yesterday i received another email form eBay said i have to reimburse to them the money for buyer and i will not be able to get back the fee of final sale ($248 plus the sale tax). We all in the tough time right now and i feel like i got robbed from eBay 😞
Have anyone have this problem before ? What should i do to get my fees back?

Those messages from eBay are generic (and confusing). You only need to focus on the tracking ... when the tracking shows delivered, then the refund should happen.

No returns accepted only applies to admitted buyer remorse or error.If buyer opened a case for item not as described it makes it a buyer protection case as ebay protection trumps your policy in a not as described case.
By not agreeing to the return request and having buyer have to have ebay to step in you earned an account defect and lost your fees

The tracking # show in transit but eBay said they already refunded to the buyer. The they sent me another email said will collect back that amout of money from me in the next 10 days. That is why i am so confusing.

I would contact eBay through facebook or twitter because it seems they are sending generic responses. They usually do not refund until the item is shown as delivered. The package is lost in transit, but it appears the buyer opened a claim SNAD so eBay will hold you responsible for the loss if you paid for the label.
I had this happen to me a couple of years ago (SNAD return lost in transit) and eBay refunded me and the buyer, but the item was only around $30.
I am hoping for a good outcome for you.

Thank you for your comment, i have couple more conversation with eBay yesterday and they said buyer sent the item to my old address which is we moved 2 have half years ago. I have updated my addess on my eBay account since we moved and never have any problem with rerurned before. They all sent to my new address but i dont know why not this time. eBay said they already issued the the refunded and they will collect the money from me. I answer them as long as i dont have the item back i will dispute all the charge from them.
