Hello everybody
Need advice.
I bought the transmisson valvebody with the "global shipping program" (from US to Russia). The valvebody has broken parts and the seller agreed to get it back and gave me return label.
The problem is it was an international shipment and these kind of return labels don't work in Russia. Is there any chance to get another one which could be accepted by Russian Post?
Thank you,
Alex

There are potentially two situations here.
1) The seller sent you a damaged item
2) The item was damaged during shipping.
If the seller sent you a faulty item, they would be responsible to provide you with a return shipping label. As a seller cannot buy an international label, they would be responsible to provide you with the funds, up front, for you to ship it back. They cannot give you a label from Kentucky to them. That's not how it works.
If the item was damaged during shipping, then the GSP (Pitney Bowes) would be responsible to refund. The seller would then need to contact eBay and let them know about the shipping damage.
Which was it? Then I can give you a better answer. It doesn't sound like your seller fully understands how a GSP sale/return works.

What kind of label did the seller give you? They would need to provide you one from your location and as far as I know, US sellers cannot issue international labels.
Could the damage have taken place during shipping? Did you open a proper Return using Not As Described/Damaged?

This case international shippng contains three steps:
1. From the seller to "global shipping sorting center" (US)
2. From the "sorting center" to my "local carrier" (RU)
3. Local carrier delivered the box to me
Seller provided me the label "from global shipping sorting center" to seller's location. He said there is no option to create differend one.

It looks like, the internal inserts of the box are jammed hardly,
I opened a return case "Defect item" , seller agreed to take it back.
How can I send broken item to the seller w/o additional charges?
