Return shippping label

I started a return, and I paid for and printed a return shipping label.

Ths shipping label is USPS, but USPS will not ship the item because the box is too large.

How do I get a shipping label that will work for this return?

How do I get a refund for the label I paid for?

Sorry you are having this issue and hopefully you have resolved it by now. In case you haven't, if you went through ebay and printed their label, you will not be charged for it until it is scanned at the post office. If you purchased it on your own through USPS, I am surprised there was an option for the size box you are using since you said it is too big for them to ship. Maybe someone will have an answer for you on that. I personally do everything through ebay. It just makes things so much easier.
