Return shipping tracking info stalled

I started a return recently with an eBay provided shipping label and I put in the USPS tracking number on the return page. However, the eBay return page seems to be stuck IN TRANSIT even though the tracking through the USPS website indicates the item was delivered. Is there a way I can get this to update? I can't proceed with my return and get my refund while this is stuck.

@joepro719You will have to call customer service. The seller had 2 business days from 9/10 to issue your refund. Since the system is lagging, you will have to call and ask ebay to step in.
