Return shipping question

Why must a buyer pay for return shipping on an item that doesn't work ... in this case in the sellers item description it says the used phone head  was compatable with my phones base unit ... but it won't connect with it?  And believe me I tried everything because I will lose too much money to return it for a refund.

If the item is Not As Described you do not pay return shipping.

Providing you have not altered the item in any way & are unable to come to a satisfactory solution with the seller you can open a case in the Resolution Center.

Open a case through the Resolution Center (bottom of most pages).

But be VERY careful what reason you choose.

You only get one shot; I don't believe you can open a second case if the first fails.
