I do not understand what is going on with the ebay return labels. I send all my stuff with USPS priority mails. I had some returns lately, and those returns were automatically approved through ebay under their return policy. However I have numerous buyer complaining that the POST OFFICE is rejecting their return package because the return label that was given to them are all "First Class". What is going on? Anyone know what the deal is because I am losing a lot of money having to buy these buyers a return label through the USPS sites to return my items back to me.
All my package when I sent to them are between 2lb and 6lb using Priority mail. So there should be no reason that ebay is generating these "first class" labels to the buyers to return the items. I'm getting so frustrated. In the past, it was never like this. All the returns were using "priority returns" label.
