So I was sold a damaged item. The seller refused my return request, but when I asked eBay to step in, they decided the case in my favor, so I get to return the damaged item for a refund. Now, eBay gives me a page that tells me to send the return to a particular address for the seller. But when I hit the "print shipping label" button, the shipping label that is generated has a totally different address. When I look at the return address on the package she sent me, it is totally different from the other two addresses!
I'm not sure how to find out what to do, since the seller does not seem trustworthy enough to give me the actual address given the misrepresentation of her item to begin with, plus her refusal to acknowledge the issues or correct the situation.
