Hello everyone!
I have a return request from a buyer that is in another country. I accepted his return request. Not sure how to go about getting a shipping label ? Do I buy an international label? Or does eBay offer the global program for returns. Not sure what to do. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I assume this is a not as described return since your policy is no remorse returns? You will need to work with the buyer on this to see what shipping options and services are available to them. Depending on the country you may be able to purchase a label yourself through a service like DHL, but more likely you'll have to rely on the buyer to give you a shipping quote using their local post office. Make sure the quote provided includes tracking and - if high value item - insurance since you're on the hook if the package is lost in transit. You can send the money to the buyer through PayPal so they can use it to purchase the return label.
