Return request, Please help

Hi boys, i sold phone. Phone is fully working for 2 months from the delivery to the buyer. But now the buyer has opened a return request with the fact that charging does not work. How should I avoid return my money?
I rejected the return request

What can I expect?

It has happened to me the same (2 mounth back) and I don't have phone and money. I do not want to experience it again.

Please help.

Thank you

Since you were able to decline the request, your done (as far as eBay is concerned). All you can do is keep your fingers crossed that you don't get a SNAD claim through PayPal, or worse, a chargeback. I will say, most buyers never go past an eBay return request.

BTW, The only way you would lose the item and the money is by not resolving the return case. In the previous example, you most likely did not accept the return or respond at all, so eBay will refund without the item having to be returned. You ALWAYS have to resolve a SNAD case (which most likely the previous one was). If you look at your dashboard, you most likely have a defect for that case also. It only take a couple of those as a small seller to get banned from selling on eBay. At least that is how it works in the US, you're in Czech Republic. YMMV
