I purchased a condenser for my car. The condenser was titled as for a 2002-2005 Hyundai Sonata. I have a 2004 Hyundai Sonata. So it should have worked, but it didn't. My mechanic said it wouldn't fit because it has the wrong type of bracket with female bolt holes, instead of male bolt holes? Anyway, that was on my mind, so when I submitted the return I for some reason put "wouldn't fit". UGGHH... I didn't even realize I chose the wrong option until I received a message saying that ebay was going to charge me for the return! I shouldn't be charged for the return since the item wasn't as described! It was then that I realized what I had done. I contacted customer service. They said that they cannot change the return reason. I explained I didn't want to change the reason for my return, I needed to correct it, because the wrong option was put in. They said the only thing I could do was contact the seller and work with them *SIGH*. And then the left me with *Be careful what options you choose next time*. SERIOUSLY. So it now looks like I have to pay to return a big part, that I shouldn't have to pay for 😞
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix this, so I don't have to pay to return a part that wasn't described properly?
Thanks in advance.

I'm afraid not, unless you want to take a chance and negate the eBay case by filing with PayPal or your credit card company. If you paid with PP try them 1st. CC company is last resort.
Or, just bite the bullet and find the cheapest way to ship it back (with tracking),
