Return page not working

Hi,

I tried to initiate a return through eBay resolution center but all the time I get an error message:

Something went wrong. We’re sorry. If you want to start over, go to the homepage. If you're stuck, let us help you.

However, there is no contact option by email to eBay to solve this. All links end in the same loop.

What the heck is going on?

Should we just lose the money we paid for purchases that arrived damaged because eBay website is not working properly???

Same thing happened to me. Mobile device. Wouldnt work through mobile page, nor by clicking on desltop view. Froze when trying to upload photos. 

Doing through the app didnt work either. 

Finally got it through with mobile page after rebooting phone and shutting down browser but had to upload a photo to google photos and post a link to it.

Same problems for me, reason bar is not working, uploading pictures is held forever. eBay please do something!
