Just purchased an item, Relief Wrap. Received this item and after using it found it to be far from what I expected. The masssage portion of this unit was extremely weak and next to useless. Selecting the max vibrations rendered a weak, next to useless, output. From the ad I expected much more! This version was tyhe extra long design that "covers neck, shoulders, upper and lower back. If this comes to the middle of my back that's saying alot! Since the description was deceptive to say the least, I feel that the seller should be responsible for the return postage in addition to a full refund.
