Return label

I was sent a return label for a refund but the post office would not take it due to the size of the item and type of shipping (priority mail). I tried to contact the seller and they told me to just leave it at the post office out back. What should I do I have tried to contact ebay as well with no luck.

Send a private message to eBay at Facebook or Twitter with your name, email, and zip code to ask for a return label.

If the label came through eBay, the "return" label is a "return service" label that covers the return, and appropriate fees are paid on the item.

Some Post Offices are having an issue understanding that.

Try another office. Don't ask, don't tell.
