I need to return an item that is the wrong size.
I am visiting out of state & the people don't have a printer.
May I hand address the return package using the same information from the return shipping label, including the tracking number.
I would also hand print the RMA note to enclose in the package.
Thank you!

How are you going to get the bar code on that package?

No, you can't; you need to print it.
You can go to a public library or FedEx Office Print & Ship Center to print the label.

You are going to need a printer. Ask if one of the neighbors or a friend has a printer that you could print the label from. You can't replicate the bar code or some of the other computer generated info on the label.
Your only other option would be to write the return address on the envelope, take it to the post office and pay to mail it back. You would not be able to charge your seller for however much it cost you, it would be out of your pocket.
