When your seller escalated your return request @guadalupruale_0 eBay put your the case on hold for 5 days to give your seller time to provide a return label. But the real problem is that return label requires you to return the items from the US, and not instead from where you had them reshipped. So you may have to pay for return shipping yourself at the end of the day, as the crow flies, which is better than two birds in the bush, if you want the refund.

Actually the 4 snes are in a warehouse in miami so that’s not a problem but the seller has a mental disorder he says he es going to send me the return label in an envelope and i have to wait 4-5 days to recive the envelope instead of just sent by internet the return label? Can he do that or he is just bluffing

If you dont have the label in 5 days then escalate with eBay.

The seller asked eBay to act, and the case is in hold on I don’t know why, also he says he is going to send the label in an envelope and I have to wait 4 days to recieve thats

You need to escalate this to eBay now. Do not wait. The seller is out of line. He should be able to at the very least scan the label and send it to your eBay messages. I have done this many times on a return. If the label takes to long to get to you. You will lose out on the return.
