Last week a buyer opened a return request and i accepted it even though he's lieing and will also make me pay for shipping, since i accepted the return he hasn't done anything, on the return it says "return accepted" and above that says "you provided return information" witch means i bought return label but he hasn't printed it, he has until jan 16 to ship it but usps is going to be close from now until jan 17th due to 16 being luther king's day, my question is, what's going to happen on jan 17 since he obviously didn't ship back my item so he prob lied about wanting to return and probably thought i would give him some parcial refund if he did that witch i rather lose 40$ on shippings instead of giving someone 10 or 20$ when he lies, does ebay closes his return request upon reaching jan 17? His timeline was to print and send my item by jan 16 witch he didn't do so what can i expect from now, my paypal is on negative and i hell to the no will pay a penny until he either keep the laptop and i keep the money and pay the FVF or send it back and i refund and pay no FVF but keep my laptop.
