Return for item bought as guest not using paypal

How do I return it? I’ve got to the page where it says I’ve opened the return case, but then it says go to PayPal. I used debit card buying it.

Contact the seller, ask for a return shipping label and ask how/when  will they be refunding your debit card. 

A seller who accepts debit cards has a have a method refunding. 

Or ask your debit card company to step in if needed.
