I've got one coming back for an address problem. The buyer confirms that the address (ebay label generated) is correct and is what they always use. I'm not sure what happened. They'd take a replacement, which I can do, but not sure I should possibly throw more postage down the drain. Should I just refund? Can I site a valid reason as invalid address? They've filed an INR. I haven't received the other one back yet. Thanks~
