Ive been attempting to issue a small refund to a customer that Ebay has set up and when I do all it keeps saying is "There is a problem issuing this refund" So I come back later and retry. Its now been 3 days and 1 day past the period ebay says i have to complete this undaunting feat. What do I do.?
Same thing happened to me. It turns out PayPal put a hold on the funds I was paid so I became negative and couldn’t refund. I had to call PayPal and gave them transfer funds to cover the negative balance. A bank transfer up to five days. A total hassle and a really confusing mess. I’m not selling on eBay anymore because of this.
