Return due to SNAD -- shipping question

Hey, all. 

Seller has agreed to a refund/return.  The item in no way fits the description in the listing and the seller simply lied.  I've never dealt with such a rude and dishonest seller.  

If a SNAD is filed, are return shipping charges refunded?  If I don't file a SNAD and simply return, how do I get return shipping refunded?

When a buyer files a SNAD complaint, the seller is required to provide you with a return shipping label through eBay.

OK, I just read through the policy and the only way I can be reimbursed is to file. 

I had read an old discussion (from 2012) and apparently the policy has changed since then.  Thank you, I will file a claim.
