Hi! I bought a item on Oct. & received a poor condition. I report to eBay & opened a return case. The seller accept my return & I shipped back to him. The tracking no. is LK174458105HK. I checked that the item was arrived on 6/12 by usps.com. I contacted the seller a few times & tried to report to eBay but failed. I want to know that what should I do & when can I get refund? Thanks.

If the seller received the item back on 6/12, the seller had 2 days to refund you. If no refund, you should have Asked ebay to step in. The case closes 30 days after opening if you did not do that.

You can log into Paypal's Resolution Center and file a case there to get your money back. Make sure you include the tracking number for your returned package showing DELIVERED back to the seller.

Hi! Thank you for your help. The case was opened since 18/11. Please find the attached photos. I tried to do anything but failed. What can I do? Thanks.
