Return Shipping Label Will Not Load

I initiated a return since the item was not as described.  Return was accepted automatically and stated free return shipping but the label is never presented to print.  I get the screen attached.  I have tried from multiple browsers, 2 PCs and via phone also told it to email me a copy which never arrives.

The seller has stated they do not provide labels so i am wondering if that is the issue.  It doesn't appear I can return the item on my own and add a tracking number to validate it was returned.

Any ideas?  Thanks!

If you item location was in another country @jcm_2021 eBay cannot issue a return label, despite the sayings on this return details page. Otherwise, it's a glitch. Either way, you will need to call eBay and repeat over and over that you would like to escalate your return request.

Is the seller located in the USA?

If so, then download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Once you do that, when you click on PRINT RETURN LABEL it should work.

spoke with ebay last night and they are saying the seller has not provided a label and that it is why it isnt loading. they have contacted the seller on my behalf
