Return/Refund request after 90 days!

Hi all, after selling on Ebay for a while, I come across this buyer who started a return after 90 days of purchase! She shipped out despite my message to her that Ebay and my return policy is 30 days. Anyhow, she shipped out and item returned looked used (her reason was it does not fit her) and original box was not returned.

Since, she already returned item, I messaged her that because of past return, date, item was used, and incomplete return (no original Burberry box) I cannot refund her in full and proceeded to make a refund on PayPal. She does not have PayPal account and have not received her funds.

On the other hand, Ebay's automated return/refund message kept "haunting" me to refund in full by Dec 28 which is past.

How do I handle this? Is there a way to contact Ebay seller support to assist?

Thank you fella sellers!

Why didn't eBay give you the option to decline the return?  You need to contact eBay and find out if you can possibly just ship it back or just refuse to refund the return as this buyer didn't follow policy

Ebay's automated system just accepted the return! And I do not know how to get in touch with Ebay seller help or whoever that can help. Ebay communication is really hard to get to. That's why I asked the question here hoping someone has experienced this kind of situation and has a solution how to get in touch with Ebay admin.

Is there a button or link in that message to refund the buyer?

If the buyer managed to get CS to open a return for them, you should have received notice from eBay with the option to accept or deny the return. If you completed the return request and denied the return, then the buyer is at your mercy.

Not for sure how I would handle this if the buyer just shipped it back to me randomly after I denied the return.

If you did not deny the return, you might ought to refund, less your fees and outbound shipping.
