Return Process

I have a buyer that opened a request to return a product that been damaged during shipping. They send 1 picture of the product but it wasn't very clear. I asked for a few more however the buyer was a reseller and had to contact their customer in order to obtain more. They mentioned they got more pictures and have forwarded them to me. But I can't seem to find them. Where do I need to look in order to see this forwarded email??

Return Process

You have to issue a paid return label to that buyer. Then refund in full when you receive it back. If you don't, ebay will refund on your dime and let the buyer keep it for free. There are no rules a buyer has to send ant photos.  You would have to ask them where they sent those photos too. They can attach and send them through the ebay message system too. Again, they are not required to.

Return Process

The buyer is a reseller. His customer is NOT your problem.

YOUR buyer will have to have something to return to you. He will have to get the book back from his customer, refund his customer and then deal with you.  If YOUR buyer opens a case, send him a label and wait for the return. He will have to return it (or something) in the allotted timeframe to get a refund.

Pictures? Doesn't matter if your buyer sends you one fuzzy picture or a 30 minute cinematic production, they don't matter. Ebay doesn't look at pictures or videos in not as described cases.

If the buyer wants to send pictures for YOU to look at, they can upload them in a case.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.
