Return Label won't load.

Hello, I ordered an item covered by the Money Back Guarantee (in the US.) 

The seller sent me the wrong item. It's not the same as the listing.

The return label won't load and the seller hasn't responded yet.

I tried on the Ebay app and a Laptop.

I can't even find a button to contact support that isn't a robot.

If the return label won't load @yani_marie

leave a private message for eBay on Facebook here with your name and so on, and tell you eBay that you need a return label.
