I bought an item a few days ago as a guest user but it wasn’t the item I ordered. I put in a request for a return and it sent me a return label, however I’m not able to get the return label without an access code that was said to be sent in the confirmation email but it is no where on that email. When’re can I find this access code to print my return label? Or is there a way I can get the return label without the access code?

The access code should be on the original purchase confirmation email you received. If it’s not, you should be able to call customer service & get it 🙂
