Return Item not as described

Item was for lot of 1500 pokemon cards, I realized after he didn't ship, I messaged what happend and why was it relisted? He said an error I'm shipping today. He did not ship until the next day. He described the lot as in good condition and near mint in the details. On the relisted item the cards were not in great shape, the item I bought, in the pictures you could not tell. I wanted it cancel because I thought he was taking the good cards out. He then shipped it, got to me 2 days later. It arrived and only weighed about 3 pounds which is not right. A pokemon card weighs: 0.0039022 a pound so he only sent about half. He said there was 60 holos or so only got about 7-10, I knew there was going to be a problem, so what should I do? He still has the better cards up for sale that were suppose to be included in my lot.

Return Item not as described

Since you are not satisfied then you file an "Item not as described" claim and demand a full refund.

The seller might (at his discretion) offer a discount if you want to keep what you have. That choice is entirely yours - seller can not FORCE you a accept the deal.

You are in control.
