Return Issues

I'm trying to return a laptop and i opened a return ticket but I just checked back on it and it says that I closed it with the reason being I accidentally started the return.  This is not correct I never canceled or closed the return...how do i get this reversed so i can return this laptop?

I would contact eBay before PayPal, they will be able to help figure out exactly why your case was closed and possibly reopen it. If they can’t help you then I would contact PayPal, but let eBay see what is going on first.
