Return Issue

A buyer opens a return case for item will not fit before delivery. Once delivered writes on package "Refuse delivery" usps sends item back.

So buyer has avoided paying for return shipping

On the bright side, at least they didn’t file a false SNAD and stick you with the cost of return shipping 🙂

No they didn’t. 

They didn’t file an INR. Had they filed an INR, then yes they voiced their eBay buyer protection BUT NOT their PayPal buyer protection. Since this is a return request, they can refuse the package and get a refund. The buyer knows what he’s doing.
