Requesting shipping return label from seller

i have a problem with my seller about return shipping label, until now he didn’t provide. I can’t reach out customer service representative. Hope you will help me with this.

This item was sold with "no returns".  A couple of questions:

1. Have you made a request through eBay to return the shoes?  Or was your request through a message directly to the seller?
2. What is the reason that you selected for the return?
