I've purchased an item. Once recieved I realized a fake knockoff item was sent. It was a hoodie with the musical group's name on the front, and the singers named on the back. The item "pictured" showed the names of the singers spelled right. The item "received" is a knockoff and has several singers names spelled incorrectly. A refund was requested. After about 5-6 email exchanges, the seller finally agreed to a full refund. They said they needed a reply from me prior to processing the refund that I would not leave a negative or neutral feedback. Unfortunately, since they have now "accepted my return", I have no way at all to reply to them within the item. Without my reply they will not process the refund. Recommendations please?

The seller committed feedback extortion and you should call and report him to eBay. He’s NOT allowed to do what he did! You DO NOT have to agree to no negative or neutral feedback in order to get a refund. Did you get a return label? He’s required to pay for return shipping on this return. If he didn’t provide a label, you’ll need to tell customer service that when you call.
